He is survived by: his wife Linda Goltz of Monroe; his children, Colette Christner of San Francisco, CA, Jacqueline Goltz of Madison, Mary Goltz (Tyler Berget) of Freeport, IL, John Goltz II (Dawn) of Oregon, WI and Joseph Goltz of Monroe; his grandchildren, Mikayla Goltz, Sade, Noah Christner, Vanessa and Carter Goltz; and his pets, Crystal, Ernee and Russell.
Memorials are suggested to Green County Humane Society or Union Presbyterian Church in John's name.
