He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Tertin of Monroe; his son Jesse Tertin (JaNessa); his grandchildren, Parker of Pillager, MN and Ansley of Pillager, MN; his daughter Lindsay Rydzewski (Paul); his grandchildren, Rylie of Caledonia, WI, Paige of Caledonia, WI and Jude of Caledonia, WI; his brothers, James Tertin (Vicki) of Pillager, MN and David Tertin (Diane) of Woodford; and his aunt Doris Schmerse of Monroe.
A memorial fund will be established in Joel's name.
