He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Pulver) of Monroe; his children, Dr. Daniel (Annette) of Monroe, WI, Robert (Libby) of Hartland, WI, Dr. John (Joleen) of Albuquerque, NM, Dr. Thomas (Dorothy) of Stillwater, MN, Michael (Nella) of Chicago, IL and Elizabeth (Michael) of Fitchburg, WI.; his grandchildren, Ian, Alissa, Gavin, Alex, Ellen, James, Rachel, Tracy, Nathan, Joe, Sheila, Maureen, Sarah and Anna; and his great grandchildren, James, Isabelle, Weller, Linden, Charlie, Rain, Annie, Adam, Connor, Ian, John, Quinn and Shae.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Green County Family YMCA capital campaign or to the Green County Humane Society in honor of his loyal canine companion, Lola.
