With solemn reverence, we commemorate James L. Munro of Monroe, Wisconsin, whose life came to an end on February 16, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Colin Munro and Shirley Munro (Kerr); his wife Judith A. Vriesacker; his son Thomas C. Munro; and his brothers, Michael and David Duncan Munro.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Bennett (Alan); his granddaughter Devri Bennett of Monroe; his sister Sara Downs (George) of Southern Pines, NC; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Droegemueller Munro of Madison.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1025 15th Ave, Monroe, WI 53566). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested in Jim's name to United Way of Green County.
