He is survived by: his parents, John J. Loeffel and Martha Loeffel (Golz); his wife Susan Loeffel of Monroe; his children, Mark Loeffel (Lori) of Siesta Key, FL, Thomas Loeffel of Dallas, TX and Anne Morey (Dave) of Bluffton, SC; his grandchildren, Sarah Loeffel, Adam, Eric Loeffel and Caroline Morey; and his great grandchildren, Savannah and Kendall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund will be established in Harvey's name for Monroe United Methodist Church and Monroe Parks and Recreation.
