He is survived by: his wife Wanda Masshardt of Monroe; his children, Brian (Yuka) of Japan, Tami Vroman (Wally) of Evansville, Todd (Cheri) of Oregon City, OR and Tim of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Leo, Mana, Zamara, Zachary, Avery, Davis, Aliea, Kylie and TaeLynne; his great grandchild Nora; his brother Eugene (Janet) of Brooklyn, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Flannery of Janesville, WI and Doris Mathis of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Hans' name to Jacob's SWAG foundation, SSM Monroe Hospice, or Green County EMS.
