He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Elmer and Ethel Elmer (Green); his daughter Susan; and his siblings, Lee, Ralph, Morris, Rodney, Clarence, Virgil, Loren Elmer and Dorothy Camron.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elmer of Monroe; his children, Richard Elmer (Michelle Wichser) of Monroe, Wendy Christiana of Concord, N. C., Carol Elmer Evert (Dave) of Mazomanie, WI and Lisa Yee (Mon Lun) of Fitchburg; and his sister-in-law Shirley Elmer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
