It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Catherine Dombkowski of Monroe, Wisconsin, born in Wilmette, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Dombkowski; her parents, Edwin Koezly and Agnes Koezly; her brother Edwin Koezly Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Koezly, James Melka and Patricia Melka.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Christine) of Oswego, IL, Mark (Angela) of Monroe, Brian (Ashley) of Woodside, CA, Christopher (Crystal Noe) of Cary, IL and Michael (Lindsay) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Claire, Laura, Benjamin, Brooke, Alec, Bryn and Luke; and her sister Virginia Koezly of Monroe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Green County Humane Society.
