He was predeceased by: his parents, Sever Broberg and Ida Broberg (Hovde); his wife Doris Logslett; his granddaughter Bethany Bauer; his sons-in-law, Mark Kerkhoff, Doug Knudsen and David Lien; his siblings, Gordon (Elsie), Leslie (Viola), Russell (Katie), Mildred Kurtz (Bob) and Dorothy Kent (George); and his brother-in-law Clem Hayden.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Bauer (James), Diane Knudsen, David Broberg (Jim Sass), Linda Kerkhoff, Becky Richardson (Pete), Colleen Weiss (Randy) and Caryl Keys (Randy); his sister Ruth Hayden; and his sister-in-law Carol Broberg. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great grandchildren.
