He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his sons, Collins and Lyncoln; his stepsons, Skyliar and Bailey; his pet Able (Baby Dinosaur George); his parents, Richard "Rick" and Janet Forsyth Jr. (Goldsmith); his grandmother Barbara Goldsmith; and his sisters, Sarah Foster (Lucas), Deborah Alspaugh (Brad) and Julie Forsyth. He is also survived by extended family members, countless friends.
