It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis M. Fossum (Mondovi, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gyda Fossum (Froystad) and John Fossum; his wife Winifred Rogers-Lund; his siblings, Sigvald Froystad (Jo), Ingvald Froystad (Doris), Gunvald Froystad, Eric Fossum, Peter Fossum (Sharon) and Joanne Halvorson; his brother-in-law Richard Joles; his nephew Barry Halvorson; his nieces, Jody Fossum and Nona Froystad; his great-nephew Barnabas Froystad; and his great-niece Gracie Joles.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Joles and Nona Seem (Ervin); and his siblings-in-law, James Halvorson and Verneal Froystad. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Rock Creek Lutheran Church, or charities of the donors' choice.
