She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fink and Anna Fink; her husband Merlin Ray Carothers; and her siblings, Karlheinz Fink and Lutta Kromshroder of Germany.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Carothers (Elizabeth) of Elgin, MN, Mark Carothers (Gloria) of Cumberland, WI, Nancy Pack (Carl), Shirly Carothers of Mondovi, WI and Sherry Hovell (Ben) of Minnesota City, MN. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred, to be given to charity of families choice.
