He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara (Brantner) and John Weiss, Jr.; his wife MaryAnn Waste; his daughter Jackie Moe; his grandson Troy Allemann; his great grandchild Jessica Moe; his stepfather George Isham; his brothers, Richard (Inez), Raymond, George (Lorraine), Bernard (Emma), LaVern (Irene) and Felix (Joyce); and his friend Laura Berger.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Allemann (Steve), Barb Topper (Garth), John Weiss (Sherri), Elsie Serum (Joel), Joe Weiss (Jackie), Tim Weiss (Kathy) and Andrew Weiss (Kris); his son-in-law Leon Moe (Jane Crandall-Kreyer); and his grandchildren, Paul Moe (Cindy), Dennis Moe (Kristine), James Moe (Mayleen), Jeffrey Allemann (Sandy Stoffel Kopp), Jeremy Allemann (Lynette), Justin Topper (Lisa), Charles Topper (Shannen), Lisa Topper, Selena Topper, Jessica Kilde (John), Chelsey Saxe (Brandon), Casey Serum (Shelby Pfund), JoHannah Bork (Dan), Jacob Serum, Nathan Weiss (Amanda), Christopher Weiss (Terra), Olivia Weiss (Colton Berg), Danielle Grey (Matt), Ethan Weiss and Evan Weiss. He is also survived by thirty-one great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren.
