He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen "Sis" Michaels (McGee); his parents, Roy Michaels and Ella Michaels (Kindschy); and his brother Lyle Michaels. He is survived by: his children, Larry Michaels (Colleen Dahl) and Tammy Guldenaar (Rick); his grandchildren, Amanda Kircher (Brady), Ryan Guldenaar (Becky) and Rebecca LaBeree; his great grandchildren, Brielle and Andrew Kircher; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Michaels (Jan), Betty Berg (Stuart), Elaine Rud (Robert) and Faye Harmon (Bradley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
