Bonesteel; her children, Daniel Werlein (Julia) of Eleva, Lucinda "Cindy" Black (Steve Lane) of Mondovi, Mark Werlein (Shari) of Durand and Marie Meader of Eau Claire; her stepchildren, Robert Bonesteel (Polly) of Mondovi, Bonnie Komro (Ken) of Cashmere, WA and Rodney Bonesteel (Laurie) of Eau Claire; her children-in-law, Barb Werlein, Ray Risler, Pete Johnson and Tom Rzepiejewski; her children, Barbara Johnson, Cheryl Risler, Robert "Bobby" Werlein and David Werlein; and her stepdaughter Carolee Rzepiejewski. She was also cherished by 26 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 16 step grandchildren along with other relatives and friends.
