He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Johnson and Virgil Johnson; his sister Lois Larson; his brother-in-law David Larson; and his niece Jackie Rud.
He is survived by: his son Iver Johnson; his siblings, Ruth Rud (Larry), Linda Pilgrim (Denny), Betty Amidon (Rod) and Glen Johnson (Marsha); and his grandchildren, Kenzie Akina, Izzy Johnson, Abby Johnson, Chase, Athen Wundrow, Mckenna and Corrine Muszynski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
