He was predeceased by: his parents, Selmer Mahlum and Bertha Mahlum; his sister Bernice Martin; and his parents-in-law, George, Lela, Donald Crawford and Barbara Rowan.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Crawford; his children, Steve (Carrie) of Huntington Beach, CA, Scott (Tammi Van Brunt) of Mondovi, WI, Brian (Laura) of Los Angeles, CA and Jenny Souza (Randy) of Eau Claire, WI; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kenadie, Connor, Matteson, Remington, Race, Jaycee, Delaney, Cali, Sydney, Jaidyn and Rowan; his siblings, Ed (Shirley), Keith (Sandy), Elaine Heike, LaVonne Santala and Ester Alme; and his brother-in-law David Crawford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends.
