She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred and Esther Hulke, Sr. (Loewenhagen); her husband Dale Bloom, Sr.; her son Dale Jr.; her son-in-law Russell Tillman; her siblings, Warren Hulke and Donna Radsek; and also Jeanette Hulke.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Boyd (Jack), Shirley Tillman, Kay Halopka (Richard), Ricky Bloom (Lori), Connie Werlein (Jack) and Ronnie Bloom (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jesse Bloom (Susie), Russell Jr., Staci Tillman, Bradley Klevgard (Tami), Kaci Kroeplin (Eric), Alexis Mooney (Dan), Morgan Nelson (Brady), Jared Werlein (Paige Cooke), Joseph Werlein, Taylor Bloom (Cade Martin) and Jordyn Bloom (Derric Gray); her great grandchildren, Cali Flick, Keannah, Aubriannah, Brantley Bloom, Nicholas Light, Dylan, Cole, Caden, Gavin Klevgard, Phoenix, Lilly Waller, Skye, Zach Kroeplin and Harper Nelson; her stepgrandchild Jerry Halopka (Amber); and her brother Alfred Hulke, Jr. (Joy).
