He was predeceased by: his parents, John Severson and Donna Severson (Nelson); his sister Kathryn Severson; and his children, Michelle Severson and Ricky Severson.
He is survived by: his close friend Asha Sen; his children, Amanda Severson of Eau Claire, WI and Jason Severson of Germany; his grandchildren, Horst of David, Joey, Leon, Alisha, Ashley and Amor; his siblings, Becky Bauer (Ed) of Mondovi and John Severson (Julie) of Arcadia; and his nieces and nephews, Seth, Scott, Derrick, Kyle, Nick, Victoria, Aundrea and John.
