She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Delay and Goldie Eckstein Delay; her brother Rick Delay; and her grandson Evanton Rusch. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Andrew Rusch, Cynthia Wyant (Kory), Edwin Rusch (Angela) and Henry Rusch (Cherry); and her brother Jerry Delay. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials to Parkinson's Disease.
