He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Haack, and Margaret Haack, Sr. (Graff); his sisters-in-law, Linda Haack and Janet Pfile; his in-laws, William and Clarinda Lunn; his sister Shirley; his siblings-in-law, Leo Panosh, Grace Surfus, Carol Thuss, Sue Nitschke, Cecil Surfus Jr. and Allen Pfile; and his son-in-law Ricky Schrimpf.
He is survived by: his wife June Surfus; his children, Randy Haack, Wendy Schrimpf, John Haack (Darla), Rebecca Brooks (Rob), Donald Haack (Kim) and Pam Haack of New Paris, IN.; his grandchildren, Tina, Billy Bennett, Ryan Haack (Season), Shaun Schrimpf, Shane Schrimpf, Shanna McNeil (Joe), Brett Schrimpf, Preston Haack (Shannan), Brent Haack (Emma), Colten Haack (Stephanie), Quenten Haack, Savanna Haack, Charlie Brooks, Anna Brooks, Brian Brooks, Isabella Brooks, Danyell Brooks, Skylar Brooks, Cristel Gamez (Hyden), Seleste Brooks, Robbie Clemons, Samantha Wallermann (Scott), Philip Perkins (Cindy), Brittiann Perkins, Tonya Schiller (Bill), Travis Stuckart (Susie), Corey Haack, Allison Haack (Austin), Braydon Haack, Brianna Labitzke and David Labitzke; his siblings, Dale and Lee Ann Haack; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Nitschke and Jerry Thuss. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
