He was predeceased by: his parents, Laddie E. Frank and Mildred Frank (Kustka); his son Kenny Frank; his sister-in-law Kay Frank; and his niece Bethany Sorenson.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne Frank; his children, Deb Kaderabek (Mark) of Whitelaw, Darren Frank (Jennifer) of Marshall, WI, Kevin Frank (Tricia) of Kaukauna and Kathy Wiemers (Geo) of Greenfield; his friend Becky Siebert; his grandchildren, Ian, Seth, Luke, Logan Kaderabek, Madalyn, Brynn, Bryce Frank, Mason, Dylan Frank, Josh, Jared, Jack Wiemers, Emma and Zach Frank; his siblings, Leonard Frank and Mary Ferry (Virgil); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Prueter (Karen), Joyce Sorenson, Diane Sharbono, Alan Borgwardt (Bob Archer), Keith Borgwardt (Kathi) and Arlin Sharbono. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
