He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neuchter and Isabel Neuchter (Liebl); his wife Margaret M. Massman; his parents-in-law, Walter and Elizabeth Massman; his siblings, Joseph J. Neuchter, Annabelle Green and Shirley Morrow; and his in-laws, Bob Petersen, Jean Hill and Charlotte Baker.
He is survived by: his son Bill Neuchter of Mishicot; his sister Agnes Petersen of Racine; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Green of Two Rivers, Jim Morrow of Manitowoc, Kathleen Yanda (Gary) of Manitowoc, Joan Kellner (Bob) of Manitowoc, Peter Massman of Rockwood and James Hill of Reedsville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
