He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Boettcher and Olive Boettcher (Worel); his daughter Deb Kuss; his son-in-law Tom Melichar; and his father-in-law William Bruckschen.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Bruckschen; his daughters, Pam Melichar of Mishicot and Jenny Peroutka (Mike) of Two Rivers; his son-in-law Kevin Kuss (Lynn) of Denmark; and his mother-in-law LaVerne Bruckschen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one sister, three brothers, seven sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
