He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson LeCaptain and Mary LeCaptain (Gillis); his sister Althea Bogart; his granddaughter Danielle; his great grandchild Logan Hanson; his parents-in-law, Henry and Irene Skaleski; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene LeCaptain (Sally), Bernice LeCaptain, Rita Paul (Norman) and Louie Bogart.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Skaleski; his children, Darlene Jandrin (Richard), Diane Dobesh (Russell), Douglas LeCaptain, Denise LeCaptain, David LeCaptain (Julie), Dean LeCaptain (Barb), Dennis LeCaptain (Jackie) and Dale LeCaptain (Wendy Flory); and his brothers, Robert LeCaptain, Alan LeCaptain and Carlton LeCaptain (Jelain). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
