He was predeceased by: his brother James M. Cowger; and his brother-in-law Al Clements. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Anderson of Minong; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Herrera of Des Plaines, IL, JoAnn Malagon (Servando) of Gurney, IL, Sandy Cowger of Pharr, TX, Katie Anderson of Minong, WI and Kurt Anderson (Carrie) of Chaska, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
