He is survived by: his father Louis Dazzo of Burr Ridge, IL; his wife Terri Dazzo; his friend Richie; his siblings, Donna Miceli (Vince) of Chicago, IL, Patrick Dazzo (Patti) of New Lenox, IL and Rocky Dazzo of Burr Ridge, IL; his children, Louis Dazzo, Maryann and Christine Dazzo; his grandsons, Thomas and Kacey; his mother-in-law Sue Bolos of Minong, WI; his sister-in-law Tammy Cutsforth (Dave) of Fall Creek, WI; his stepchildren, Danielle Gondik-Anderson (Kyle), Derek Gondik, Garrett Gondik (Brittany Goldberg) and Jacob Gondik (Wendy Rakho); and his stepgrandchildren, Jake, Avery and Chase. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as beloved friends.
