He is survived by: his children, Amber, Nicole and Kacey Block; his former spouse Georgie Oleson; his siblings, Micki DeMar (Chuck) and James Block (Beth); his aunt Cheryl Smith; and his friend Leslie Budisalovich (Larry). He is also survived by uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
