He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil St. Mark and Lila Belle Fosgate (Harrington); his son Bradly Jon Fosgate; his grandchildren, Leah Burch, Aaron Albertson and Erica Albertson; and his great grandchild Caleb Fosgate.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Nelson; his children, Dawn Santos-Rodriguez (Alfredo), Denise Albertson (Gene) and Bruce Fosgate; his grandchildren, Rachel Misner, Adam Albertson (Lisa Deter) and Cory Fosgate (Kerry); his great grandchildren, Erika "Nani" Albertson (Jacob Ingle), Aaron "Kua" Albertson, Adryelle "Addi" Albertson, Shaye-Lynn Owens, Tayah Misner, Scarlett Misner, Elijah "Eli" Misner, Emma Boucher, Gabriel Miller and Elizabeth Klima; his great great grandchildren, Tessa and Anastasia Santos-Rodriguez; and his foster daughters, Danielle, Liya and Ashli.
