He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Nadine Belohlav, Todd Belohlav (Christine) and Alan Belohlav (Heidi); his grandson Nicholas Belohlav; his great grandchild Dominic Belohlav; his brother Ronald Belohlav; his sister-in-law Susie Evers; his stepgrandchildren, Angie (Al), Bryan (Shauna), Daren (Katie), Jake and Ryan; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Maddie and Maximus.
