He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caldwell and Bette Caldwell; his brother Bill Caldwell; and his nephew Paul Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Unger) of Wilmette, IL; his children, Ben Caldwell (Mindy) of Madison and Heather Hesse (Paul) of Neenah; his grandchildren, Ashlynn and Boaz; his siblings, Carl Caldwell (Camille) and Cathi Scholl (Rick); and his sister-in-law Renee Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
