It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Rogne of Minocqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Popelar and Florence Popelar; her husband Gene Rogne of Valders, WI.; and her sister Diane Forsyth. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Reichardt (Rick) of Chapel Hill, TN and John Popelar (Darlene) of Manitowoc, WI; her children, Lisa Bruehl (Mike) of Manitowoc, WI, Amy Pflieger (Paul) of Minocqua, WI and Mark Rogne (Sue) of Manitowoc, WI; and her grandchildren, Michael Emond of Manitowoc, WI, Adam Rogne of Manitowoc, WI, Melissa Emond of Peshtigo, WI, Evan Pflieger (Megan) of Minocqua, WI, Jacob Rogne of Littleton, CO, Kelsey McClure (Trent) of Austin, TX, Mason Pflieger of Minneapolis, MN and Emily Rogne of Manitowoc, WI. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
