He is survived by: his parents, Gerry Kozey and Connie Kozey; his wife Brittany Kozey; his daughters, Isla Kozey and Leah Kozey; his sisters, Breann Kozey (Michael) and Morgan Weissenberger (Heath); his grandmother Elsie Kozey; his pets, Moose and Buck; his parents-in-law, Danella Friday (Mark) and Cary Hazard (Carrie); his sister Brandie Buchanan (Dustin); and his brother-in-law Austin Hazard.
