He was predeceased by: his daughter Jayme; and his parents, George Kohlhoff and Irene Kohlhoff. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo of Minocqua; his children, Tami Kohlhoff (Steven Stratmeyer) of Middleton, Erica Goehl (James, Jr.) of Watertown and Allen L. "A. J." Kohlhoff, Jr. of Reedsburg, WI.; his grandchildren, Kylee Kohlhoff, Kate Gochanour, Deanne Gochanour, Kassie Miescher (Jeff) and Liz Goehl (Harley Matson); his great grandchildren, Andrea, Riley and Kyle; and his siblings, Valerie Lilian (Max), Ralph Kohlhoff (Nancy), Neal Kohlhoff (Kris), Nancy Basol (Dick), Cheryl Burgireno and Phil Beukema.
