Thomas W. Starr Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas W. Starr of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmerson Starr and Harrietta Starr (Rabuck); his stepdaughter Deanna Hahn; his sister Linda Rowe; and his nephew Scott Rowe.

He is survived by: his children, Holly Armour (Bill) of Hales Corners and Shawn Starr of Mineral Point. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and many friends.

Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
