He is survived by: his parents, John "Jack" O'Flahrity and Bonnie O'Flahrity (Aide) of Dodgeville; his wife Jane Hirsch of Mineral Point; his daughters, Shelley Lee (John) of Fennimore and Kelly O'Flahrity (Brad Jones) of Mineral Point; his grandson Jeremy Halverson (Jenna); his daughters, Marissa Yancy (Jonathan), Kennedy Lee, Savannah Jones, Brody Lee, Hailey Jones and Alyssa Jones; his great grandchildren, Landyn Halverson and Amiya Yancy; and his siblings, Lee O'Flahrity (Jean), Tim O'Flahrity and Peggy O'Flahrity. He is also survived by many nephews and friends.
