She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Huset and Elizabeth Huset (Litschauer); her husband Bob Polkinghorn; her sons, Joe and John; her grandchildren, Kelsea and Joey; her brother Clarence Huset; and her brother-in-law Richard Ferguson.
She is survived by: her son Jim Polkinghorn (Mary) of Darlington; her grandchildren, John Jr. (Cheryl), Justin (Dorothy), Josh, Chris Polkinghorn, Courtney Hutson (Steve), John and Jenny Jo Moe (Gilbert); and her sisters, Dorothy Klemme (Marvin), Amy Edl (Gary) and Judy Ferguson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
