He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Polikowski and Edward Polikowski; and his sisters, Susy Majewski and Linda Deinken (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his son Jonathan (Alison Gilbert); his grandchildren, Ruby and Noah; his brother Jim (Ruthanne Chun); and his brother-in-law Mark Majewski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
The family suggests that donations be made in his name to Planned Parenthood or the Mineral Point Historical Society.
