It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Procter Sr. of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, born in Darlington, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Procter and Erma Procter (Ward); and his sister Mary Jo Hastert. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Cutting (Spencer), Elizabeth Coogan and Richard Jr. "RJ" Procter (Jamie); his grandchildren, Zachary, Grace Cutting, Isabelle, Finn Coogan, Jacob, Karlee, Alayna and Lilliana Procter; and his nieces, Kay Taylor and Julie Stoddard.
