It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Lawinger of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Lawinger and Helena Lawinger (Salzmann); his grandfather Will; his nieces, Miranda and Tammi; his nephew Gabe; his brother Billy; his aunt JoAnn; his cousin Annie Weier; his nephew Alex; his grandchildren, Earl, Jarren, Dawson, Dreydon, Tessa, Destiny, Daelynn and Danika; his great grandchild Aubri Jo; his children, AmyBeth Levetzow (Tessa), Adam Lawinger (Tera), Tara Hill (Chris), Destiny, Dawson, Daelynn, Dreydon, Danika and Kimberly Lawinger (Larry Hawkins); his siblings, Patti McKinley (Matt) and Steven Lawinger; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittanie, Heather, Kayla, Keaton, Taylor, Lexie, Jaxson, Theresa, Trysten, Trianna, Treven, Trinity, Trenton, Jackson, Gavin, Serena, Scarlett, Monte, Berkley, Blair, Bentley, Landon and Remy; his sisters, Mary Beth and Mary Helena; his nephew Will; his close friend Patricia Schmidt; and also Marley.
With COVID 19 concerns in mind, friends and family attending are encouraged to wear face masks and apply social distancing as a safety precaution.
His foundation of hard work and kindness is so apparent in his granddaughters Tessa, Destiny, Daelynn, Danika and his great grand-daughter Aubri Jo.
