It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randall John Polkinghorn of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Polkinghorn and Jean Polkinghorn (Rundle); and his brother-in-law David Ingwell. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Polkinghorn (June) of Middleton, Colleen Ingwell of Rewey and Kathy Polkinghorn of Mineral Point. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a Hospice Organization of choice or cards may be sent to the Gorgen Funeral Home.
