She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Schaaf and Gertrude Schaaf (Schmit); her husband Charles Ley; her son-in-law Louie Gort; her granddaughter Terri Ley; and her siblings, Raymond Schaaf (Bernadine), Agnes Ley (Gene), Margarie Conway (Joe), Jean Kurtzweil (Terry), Joan Hardy (John) and Marcella Stauffacher (Gerald).
She is survived by: her children, Bob Ley (Leotta) of Jonesdale, Marge Sherwin (Ken) of Richland Center, Marcia Gort of Dodgeville and Randy (Arlene); and her sisters, Lois McGraw of Dodgeville and Delores McCauley of Gratiot. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
