Elizabeth J. Lawinger Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth J. Lawinger of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kail and Blanche Kail (Bowman); her husband Ray Lawinger; her grandson Aaron Lawinger; her siblings, Steven (Maxine), Harry (Jean), Don, Sophia (Bob), Albertha (Ross), Gladys (Del) and Mildred; and her parents-in-law, Ed (Lillian), Joe (Avis), Ralph and Virginia.

She is survived by: her children, Greg (Darlys) of Madison, Mike (Kelly) of Mineral Point, Tony (Linda) of Streamwood, IL, Doug of Milwaukee, Ted (Janet) of Mineral Point, Mary Jo Shannon (Sean) of Dodgeville and Lynn Evans (Jamie) of Barneveld; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dobson, Jason Lawinger, Kirby Wenger (Neil), Kyle Landenberger (Andy), Kirstin Lawinger (Jimmy Leonard), Jennie Malpartida (Miguel), Josh Lawinger (Charlene), Nathan Lawinger (Sara McElhose), Savannah Meligan (Ben), Payton (Payton Heinberg), Ivy Lawinger (Joah Filardo), Marcus, Abigayle Shannon, Dayne and Laney Evans; her great grandchildren, London Lawinger, Kennedy, Keegan, Kendall Wenger, Kingsley Landenberger, Kennison, Kieler Leonard, Mike, Brandon, Nico, Alex, Gabby Malpartida, Emma and Owen Lawinger; her great great grandchildren, Asher and Antonio Malpartida; her siblings, Bill Kail (Judie) and Virgine Lawinger (Dorothy); and her sister-in-law Joyce Guinn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Hodan Center in Mineral Point or the American Red Cross in Betty's name.
