He is survived by: his mother Sharon Ray (Douglas); his significant other Brenda; his children, Ben, Nikki (Mitch), Mike (Kat) and Katy (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Tayden, Tucker, Tanner, Jaycee, Aurora, Kaylee, Navaia and Carson; his siblings, Sherry, Duane (Pam) and Rina (Thad); his grandmother Avis; his mother-in-law Sally; his siblings-in-law, Dan (Cindy), Randy (Jody), Jim (Amy), Joe (Kim), Jason (Kim) and Kathy (John); his daughter-in-law Alicia; his friends, Suzy and Charlee; his siblings, Robin and Carolyn; his father-in-law Ed; and his brother-in-law David. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
