She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ariss and Lenice Ariss (Foster); her significant other Francis (Frank); her siblings, Lillian, Betty and David; her nephew Tom Flynn; and her brother-in-law Ernie Buss.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald (Julie) of DeForest, Donald (Sandy Sullivan-Dunbar) of Evanston, Illinois and Wendy Ondande (John) of Oak Park, Illinois; her grandchildren, Katie, Jacob (Kelsey Lange), Michaela Dunbar, Ian, Cullen Dunbar, Kemunto, Sagana, Moruri, Misiani and Yobes Ondande; and her siblings-in-law, Audrey Ariss and Michael Flynn. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and godchild.
