It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeWayne Francis Aasen of Mindoro, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Artis J. Torgerson; his siblings, Ken, Bill and Patricia Thomas; his children, Kristine Stauffacher (Mark), Laura Loizzo (Samuel), Eric (Sue), Knute (Jennifer), Andrew (Cindi) and Sarah Kern (Danford); his grandchildren, Matthew Stauffacher, Megan Stauffacher, Peter Loizzo (Madeline), Jessica Delaney (Michael), Abigail Aasen, Avery Upton (Riley), Elias Aasen, Seth Aasen, Emily Aasen, Rachel Greene, Carolyn Morrissey (Lucas), Zachary Aasen, Justin Aasen, Nathan Kern and Ellison Kern; and his great grandchildren, Payson Stauffacher, Frederick Loizzo, Cooper Delaney and Fletcher Morrissey.
