We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, at the age of 84, Terry P. Pollak of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Pollak and Joseph Pollak; and his siblings, Joseph, Thomas, David and Sue.

He is survived by: his wife Clare Pollak; his children, Jennifer Seidl (Jason), Christopher Pollak (Zennur), Jane Kazmierczak (Jason) and Victor Pollak (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Ella Pollak, Mathias, Nathan, Nicholas Kazmierczak, Ty and Cecelia Pollak.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of the Immaculate Conception (1023 E Russell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207). A Mass was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery (3800 E College Ave, Cudahy, WI 53110).

In lieu of flowers, memorial masses appreciated.
