He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Smolinski and Frank Smolinski; his siblings, Judith and Jerry; and his brother-in-law Vic Sedlachek.
He is survived by: his sister Chris Sedlachek; his sister-in-law Pat Benish; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Sedlachek Raddemann (Rick), Jason Smolinski (Laura), Kurt Smolinski (Kandy), Paul Sanger (Lisa) and Kim Sanger.
