He is survived by: his wife Denise Kohnke (Stimac); his children, Samuel Kohnke (Brittany Bozmoski-Kohnke), Sullivan Kohnke (Lindsay Kazan) and Madison Kohnke (Cody Murrenus); his father Delmar Kohnke; his siblings, Dave Kohnke (Bonnie) and Kris Johnson (Brian); his sister-in-law Darlene Stimac (Matt O'Donnell); and his nieces and nephews, Katie Hatch (Chris), Keri Fry (Lee), Dustin Joseph (Stefanie Spilde), Morgan Ahmad (Mitchell) and Autumn Johnson.
