He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Theresa Kloehn; his parents, Ralph C. Kloehn and Virginia Kosak; and his child Negus. He is survived by: his children, Colleen, Gregory, Kristine, Philip and Michelle; his grandchildren, Colleen Anne Kloehn (Cynthia Marie Rahn) and Gregory Charles Kloehn (Lisa White-Kloehn); his children, Justin, Kyle, Nicholas, Patricia Jean Kloehn, Elilta and Timothy Ralph Kloehn (Julie Bond-Kloehn); his brother Dr. Roger Kloehn (Jeri Pat Kloehn); and his son Michael Kloehn (Tammy).
He played a pivotal role in developing Wisconsin's first free-standing surgery center, and his advancements in liposuction continue to be recognized as significant contributions to the field of plastic surgery.
